Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for store credit only. Customer is financially responsible for return shipping cost. Items must be in original wrappings, with tags, unworn. After 30 days, items are non-returnable or refundable. Jewelry, Accessories & Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Shipping:

Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to process before shipping. We ship M-F (no Holidays or Weekends). You can pay extra for overnight or express shipping. We do not offer free return shipping, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For all international orders, customer is responsible for duties and taxes, which vary at the discretion of your country's customs.
Custom Work:
We would love to work with you on a custom design! We are happy to travel to you for a fee, or you can visit the home studio in Catskill NY, special appointment only.
